Privacy Policy

Primary Care Financial ("PCF," "we," "us") runs the PCF Financial Health Check website. This policy explains what we collect through the free business self-assessment, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you complete the assessment, we collect:
- Contact details: your name, business name, and email address.
- Your answers: a broad annual revenue range, which accounting software you use, who keeps your books, and how you handle routines like reconciliation, budgeting, cash planning, customer payments, and tax readiness. We do not ask for dollar amounts and do not connect to your bank or accounting software.
- Your consent choices: the required agreement that PCF may email you about your results and services, and the optional newsletter choice. For each box you check we record the date, time, exact wording, and version you agreed to.
We never ask for Social Security numbers, EINs, bank account numbers, or card numbers. Please do not enter them anywhere on this site.
Earlier numeric Snapshot
If you completed the earlier version of the Snapshot, we also hold the numbers you typed in at that time (revenue, profit, cash, operating expenses, receivables, payables, debt, and current assets and liabilities), your industry, and the consent choice you made then. That earlier consent is not treated as permission to send you the newsletter.
How we use it
- To calculate your score and show your results at a private link.
- To email you about your scorecard results and about PCF's services, which you agree to in order to use the free scorecard. Follow-up may be done personally by a member of our team. Results are not emailed to you automatically.
- If you check the optional newsletter box, to send you the PCF newsletter.
- To improve the assessment, for example by reviewing how scores are spread across businesses.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run this site. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- Website hosting and database: Lovable, which runs on Supabase. They store your assessment answers and results.
- Customer relationship system: GoHighLevel. When you submit the assessment, we send it your name, business name, email, broad revenue range, the assessment version, your score, score band and main focus area, your results link, and a record of the consent choices you made. We use it to follow up about your results and our services and, only if you opted in, to send our newsletter. We do not send your individual answers or any financial statements. Follow-up emails may be automated. Your results themselves appear on screen and are not automatically emailed to you. The newsletter is a separate, optional choice, and you can unsubscribe from follow-up or newsletter emails at any time.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Your results link
Your results page has a private link made from a long random code. Anyone who has the link can see your results, so share it only with people you trust.
How long we keep it
We keep assessment submissions for as long as we need them to follow up with you and to run and improve the assessment. We do not currently delete them on an automatic schedule. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact below.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: you can stop follow-up or newsletter emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our email or by emailing us at the address below.
- Access or delete: email skoch@pcfdetroit.com and we will send you a copy of your assessment information or delete it.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies on this site. Our hosting provider may collect basic visit statistics, such as page views, to help us understand how the site is used.
