By using the PCF Financial Health Check website, you agree to these terms.
1. What the assessment is.
The free business self-assessment is an automated tool. It scores the answers you choose using fixed, published points, and the scoring is shown on your results page. It is a self-reported assessment for general information only. Results from the earlier numeric Snapshot were scored with fixed formulas on the numbers entered at the time.
2. What it is not.
The assessment is not an audit, review, compilation, or any other accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Using it does not make you a client of PCF and does not create an accountant-client relationship. A client relationship starts only when you and PCF sign a written engagement.
3. Your numbers, your results.
Your score depends entirely on what you choose or enter. We do not check your answers or review your financial statements, so results may not reflect your actual situation.
4. Do not rely on it alone.
Talk with a qualified professional before making financial, tax, lending, or business decisions. You are welcome to book a free call with us.
5. No guarantees.
The site is provided "as is." We do not promise it will be error-free or always available.
6. Limit on liability.
To the extent the law allows, PCF is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the assessment or relying on its results.
7. Acceptable use.
Don't misuse the site. That includes submitting false information about someone else or trying to break or overload it.
8. Ownership.
The site, its scoring method, and its content belong to PCF. Your results are yours to keep and share.
9. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
10. Changes.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
